In my two plus decades of working with elite performers around the world I’ve found that there are certain essential, common elements they share that go beyond the ordinary hype about what it takes to excel. This is true regardless of the particular arena of performance or the location on the planet in which it’s taking place.
Becoming an elite performer boils down to an act of sustained personal transformation – becoming aware of who you are and holding that awareness intact regardless of the circumstance or situation. This is the intersection of integrity and intentionality – a place that is familiar to every elite performer I’ve ever encountered.
Creating elite performances is a function of becoming aware of and remaining connected with your being at your core. This awareness and connection come before and goes beyond any consideration of what you know or how you behave – although both knowledge and behavior are important. Beginning the sequence with the ontological consideration of “being” – the most fundamental sense of how identity and reality are held – is critical.
One of the things that I’ve found to be most compelling about my research and practice around facilitating elite performance is that it always exists in relation to others. This is the basis of another essential component, one that anyone who intends to attain a level of elite performance needs to understand and master is the essential structure of shared reality, i.e.: social ontology.

My entire approach, as well as all of the models I’ve built and use, are ontologically designed. I begin all the work I do with clients, individually and organizationally, from the consideration of being.
I will work with you to create the possibility of transformation guiding you through the process of becoming aware and connected to your essential self – simultaneously the rediscovery and the reinvention of yourself.
