Most of the time these are the kind of shoes you’d expect to see on an engineer or an accountant stereotyped and cast in a movie … black, thick soles, very practical and without much style at all actually.

When all three of these stories are aligned you’ll be on your way to building what the marketing folks call “brand” … and that’s the real start of having a business practice that works for you, and makes it almost effortless to attract and convert new clients.

in the first thirty days we’re working together. We’ll be meeting once or twice a week for the first thirty days and putting these things in place, so you can get a running start. Then we’ll continue refining them for the next two months, speaking every other week to update we’ve built in our first month, both to tweak it uniquely for you, and to stabilize it.
So that will cover our first 90 days working together if you want the fastest, and most personal approach, we have to offer.
- Group MasterMind Group Mentoring
Regardless of whether you decide on the 1:1 option you can join us for our Group MasterMind, UA Sapphire.
This is where we meet as a group and cover the material that makes businesses great.
We hold MasterClasses for the group where we share specific training to take your business to the next level, like, “How to share your story effectively online.”
We also run MasterMind sessions where we open the group to “hot seat” mentoring, taking specific issues that the members are dealing with, unpack them and put them back together again to create an edge of success that’s been missing.
We’ll also give you access to our online webinar and video training programs, including of the best material from our archives when you’re a UA Sapphire member.
This is a powerful way to gain the skills we’ve been discussing, or a precious adjunct to what we’ll be working on together 1:1 if you’ve decided on that route, because all of our 1:1 clients are automatically UA Sapphire clients while they are working with us.
- 1:1 Master Mentor Program
We can also work directly in a mentoring role with you on the specific issues you’re confronting in business practice, and in your life as well as they relate to what’s happening in your business.
At this point you’ll most likely be working directly with Joseph on this level, although he’s never hesitant to recommend someone else either temporarily or permanently if he thinks that would be the best solution for you. Either way you’ll always be included in the decision making process about who you’ll be mentoring with, and have the final say about it too.
This is a very personalized way of getting the input you want, and is completely tailored to your unique needs. Typically Joseph will arrange to speak with you once or twice a month at a scheduled time, and then you’ll also have unlimited access by telephone/Skype/Zoom or via text-based exchanges as you agree when you join the program.
